[Case Study] Space-saving Neutralization Treatment of High-Temperature Boiler Drainage

We respond to requests such as wanting to fully entrust to a company with know-how! Here we introduce a case study from a chemical manufacturer.

The chemical manufacturer uses boilers in their factory, resulting in alkaline wastewater. Previously, they were able to meet the discharge standards by combining and mixing this wastewater with general wastewater produced in the same factory. However, after upgrading to a larger capacity boiler, the amount of boiler wastewater increased, and even diluting it with general wastewater caused the pH to exceed the standard values. Neutralization treatment is necessary to comply with discharge standards, but there were challenges such as "we lack experience in neutralization treatment and would like to fully entrust this to a company with the know-how." For solutions to these challenges and requests, please download and view the PDF document. [Customer's Challenges and Requests] ■ The boiler wastewater is nearly 100°C, so it needs to be received and cooled in a pit or a large tank that can handle high temperatures, but there is no installation space. ■ Due to a lack of experience in neutralization treatment, they would like to fully entrust this to a company with the necessary expertise. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Automatic pH Neutralization Treatment System for Dialysis Drainage

Constructing neutralization equipment that satisfies processing capacity in limited space!!

● Increased treatment volume of dialysis wastewater and replacement of neutralization treatment equipment We received an inquiry from a clinic in the Kansai region regarding the update of neutralization equipment due to the increase in dialysis wastewater treatment volume. The existing system was a neutralization treatment device from Company T, but due to a greater emphasis on responsiveness rather than price advantages, they decided to consider and place an order for our replacement. Since the site had limited space, it was necessary to devise a solution, such as splitting the raw water tank into two, to neutralize the increased treatment volume. ● Installation of neutralization equipment that meets treatment volume requirements in limited space The neutralization was done on both the alkaline side with caustic soda and the acidic side with dilute sulfuric acid, using our company's chemical injection pump. Thanks to its stable performance, it was operated with just one unit, eliminating the need for a backup machine. Additionally, the control panel size was compacted to about half of the conventional size, contributing to space-saving. The transfer from the raw water was also done using a submersible pump instead of a land pump, further saving space. Maintenance space was adequately provided, taking into consideration future electrode calibration and regular maintenance handling.

[Pump Delivery Case] Neutralization Treatment at a Surface Treatment Plant

Neutralization treatment of wastewater from the new factory! Selecting pumps for pressurization and monitoring filter clogging with pressure sensors.

We would like to introduce a case where we received an order and delivered a complete set of pH neutralization treatment, including construction, due to the addition of a new surface treatment line from an automotive parts manufacturing factory. It was noted that depending on the line's situation, the wastewater could be either alkaline or acidic, so we designed and constructed it with dual-side control. The chemical injection system includes a sulfuric acid injection (with a dilution stirring machine) and a caustic soda injection facility. Additionally, we also delivered a PAC injection system with an eye towards future installation of a coagulation and sedimentation system. 【Case Details】 ■ Delivery: Automotive parts manufacturing industry ■ Application: Neutralization treatment of surface treatment wastewater ■ Model: pH neutralization treatment system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Information] Common Concerns When Introducing Neutralization Treatment Equipment and Our Approach

All models available for demonstration, direct support from the manufacturer! Expanded immediate delivery system for some products.

The document discusses "Common Concerns When Introducing Neutralization Treatment Equipment and Our Approach." In response to concerns about the handling of acidic and alkaline chemicals, we introduce our approach that allows for safe and easy replenishment tasks. Additionally, we provide a detailed explanation of the six concerns and our approach, categorized by item, so please make use of this information when considering implementation. [Contents] ■ Concern 1: Anxiety about handling acidic and alkaline chemicals ■ Concern 2: Worry about serious issues if regulatory limits are exceeded ■ Concern 3: Doubts about the ability to perform daily maintenance ■ Concern 4: Problems with not being able to notice abnormalities immediately ■ Concern 5: Anxiety about compliance with regulations and audits ■ Concern 6: Possibility of fluctuations in discharge volume and load *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
